Terms and Conditions

Minimum 3-day hire, 7-day minimum during school holidays

By booking a camper with Perth Hills Camper Hire, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to collection of the camper. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.

2. Security Bond

A security bond may be required prior to collection. The bond will be refunded after the camper has been returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in the same condition as at the start of hire (fair wear and tear excepted).

3. Collection & Return

The camper must be collected and returned at the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional charges. The camper must be returned clean and in a tidy condition.

4. Use of Camper

The camper must only be used for lawful purposes. Hirers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle used for towing is suitable and compliant with Australian regulations.

5. Damage & Liability

The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the camper during the hire period. All incidents, damage, or accidents must be reported immediately.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Refunds may vary depending on notice provided.

7. Insurance

Insurance coverage and excess amounts will be detailed in the formal hire agreement provided at booking confirmation.
